The one crushing blow to shorts that they may not realize nor contemplated:

If I were short LWLG the biggest concern and worry for me would be ... If Dr. Lebby and LWLG were engineering one announcement that co-ordinated multiple signings of contractual agreements that would elevate LWLG into the forefront of the photonics world. Agreements that put LWLG in the drivers seat that can not be disputed because of the players involved with a clear cut direction of how LWLG's patents and the science of it will be incorporated into each players specialty in the use, thereof. Yes, it might seem like a strech, but this might also be the reasoning behind any delay in putting it all to bed with players that would be involved.
We may still have to wait for it all to unfold, but if something similar to this were to occur, the wait that shareholders have experienced and endured will have been well worth it for everyone involved. Just a thought ... and one that shorts would have a difficult time recovering from.
