You’re going to be very disappointed on the value once it’s announced.

Why do you think it was pushed down from $9 recently? Can’t have a buyout below the current market value. That just doesn’t look good.

20+ years of circle jerking goes out with a whimper and into the dustbin of history.

Plausible…

Thought experiment? Would you take $7? Would there be a retail shareholder revolt to vote against just to watch it go back to the pinks?

It’s either the above scenario or they got nothing else going. It’s too quiet to explain it any other way.
