Goodie, Id be very surprised if this isnt settled before the Apr deposition deadline. If it doesnt Jpm puts themselves in grave jeopardy of Rico. It could go till the Oct 4 discovery date but I doubt it.
So, once a settlement is confirmed it will take a month or two for Computershare to confirm the 8500 accounts.
Thats why bop thinks the brokers may offer loans. That allows them to make money, and also is a huge tax advantage for us. Keep our money in our IRAs to avoid taxes, and take out loans against it. We shall see. I think we now have a 90% chance of payment but nothing is certain in this corrupt world!
