I found this and if I’m reading this correctly the conversion happens at above $.53 .

If you keep reading, you will find that those warrants are being exchanged for (a lot more) warrants that have a much lower exercise price ($0.1805 per share).

WHEREAS, the Company and Warrant Holder intend to enter into this Agreement pursuant to which the Prior Warrants shall be surrendered by Warrant Holder and cancelled as of the date hereof and, in return, the Company shall issue the following warrants to Warrant Holder, each in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, as follows: (a) a warrant to purchase 110,803,324 shares of Common Stock at an exercise price of $0.1805 (the “First Warrant”) and (b) a warrant to purchase 127,270,416 shares of Common Stock at an exercise price of $0.1805 (the “Second Warrant” and together with the First Warrant, collectively, the “New Warrants”).
