Xoom, as you know hold2wm is confident of Libor recovery but says 1 par is likely. That seems very conservative to me since FDIC is suing for 400b. Bop thinks 5 par. Id be thrilled to get 5 but I think holds conservative guess may be more realistic. 1 par is still a great payout.
Now there are other avenues once this Libor suit is settled. The DCR Ron has spoken of is another 3 par. Then we have payment for the bank and possibly minerals etc.
