well I think the comparison between Gilead paying 20 billion for Immunomedics is fair. Trodelvy was only in the process of applying for accelerated approval when they were bought. Gilead then went on to make the BLA. Trodelvy for AAA breast cancer is about the same market size as GBM n and r
