Dragoon it is difficult to get on bp. Almost impossible these days.
They are very selective as to who gets in so they do not get trolls. While there are a few trolls on there, they know their place and are careful not to cross the line or they get banned forever.
You can contact them and try, but you have to have a Wamu board history they can verify. Id say its very tough. Good luck but dont get your hopes up.
