Dec 2021: Halpern files a lawsuit against Vechery and then drops it the same month.
May 2022: Vechery files the derivative lawsuit against Halpern + MAXD. The last case management hearing was Jan, 2023 (over a year ago) and the lawsuit is still pending.
Oct 2023: Vechery files a breach of contract lawsuit against Halpern. This has a hearing scheduled March 2024 (something about proof of service).
Oct 2023 is also when Vechery's & Halpern's internet spokesmen stopped spamming the message boards. My suspicions are:
1. Halpern + Vechery came to some kind of deal where Vechery would pause the derivative lawsuit.
2. The deal broke down, because there's no honour among thieves
3. Both sides finally realized it was stupid to keep airing their dirty laundry, so they told their proxies to stop trying to litigate the dispute on internet message boards.
