we need whales to buy in and NWBO to stop diluting the living crap out of the stock. The formal isn't gonna happen at the OTC and the latter is not going to happen with Linda Powers refusing to make a non-dilutive deal to finance Advent a Toucan subsidiary with (for example) a private equity partner. With a private equity partner Linda Powers and Toucan would have to, God forbid, give up on a small portion of Advent. So they rather keep diluting us to finance Advent in an illegitimate manner.
