(OTCQB: NNAX), is pleased to announce Mr. Patrick Yip, accepted the invitation from NNAX
to become the Director of the company, and he shall be responsible for the Financial
Department and will report directly to CEO Mr. David Leung.

Mr. Yip brings in with his 40 + years of working experience in financial business operations. Current
position is the CEO of Samoa Digital Asset Exchange. His main position in his pass was bank
treasurer. Business scope includes foreign exchange and bullion trading, stock and bond issuance and trading. Also experience in private banking and fund management, banks and financial institutions
and has been working as a Chairman of Vista Global Holdings Ltd for the past 14 years, prior to
Mellon Stuart Construction International (USA), Standard Charter Asia, Banco Totta & Acores, Macau,
BNP ltd, Westdeutsche Landesbank, Jardine Fleming Ltd, Banque de L’Indochine et de Suez.
