That's a shared workspace building. I mistakenly thought that's where SHMP was. I now understand that's where SHMP is.

And to set the record straight, Dallas ISD bought 5501 LBH almost two years ago...

As my understanding is SHMP was a sub-lessee, their lease with the prime tenant could have had different terms than the prime tenant's lease with the building owner. Maybe the prime tenant got a buy-out from the owner, and had terms that allowed them to kick SHMP out with little notice.
