Saudi Arabia excess production capacity is big now...

Other than the 2020 anomaly year,

Do you remember when it was this big

or if ever bigger?...

It seems a lingering potential weapon

if they change their focus...

REI has gotten to cheap to get much

traction from investors...A lot of traders

flipping it now...
