My thinking as well since I believe they were far enough along to be preparing side by side applications for presentation with or without Edens. This would also warrant “an investment” by Merck and or other(s) without a contractual agreement in writing as a good faith measure similar to NWBO needing to have manufacturing in place before approval from MHRA.
