Three Southern Hicks made a big fool out of Fife who had a reputation as nasty, sleasy and savvy
last resort lender... He is out of $$$ Millions with worthless and useless assets..... Only way for
NS to pay him is to print 6,000,000,000 shares, assuming GHS would take them at $0.005 and
estimating Fife is owed about $30 Million with interest, penalties and fees... NS would
have over 7 billion shares outstanding and (this is for UD) Easterling can double that to 14 Billion
by converting his mysteriously acquired Serie A shares... Can reach same goal with 10,000/1 Split
or 1/10,000 reverse split... if you prefer

If any of you thinking there is a dead cat bounce at 1 penny...Keep Fife situation in mind and
always remeber... bouncing or not......Cat is DEAD...
