Yo simple simon you still have not explained how the shop tracks who purchased out of the machine and how much, as there are limits so ya cant simply sell a bag to a guy without tracking how much he purchased in volume...

Ya have to tell the government how much someone purchased in volume not money dip shit, the government tracks who purchased how much so they can regulate how much some can buy in a given amount of time.
