BS-Explain your logic: you’re saying, if it failed, it would’ve been a material event and that they would have had to announce that reliability could not be proven. Yet you don’t require the same material announcement once it becomes proven. I think this is double speak and poor logic

Certainly a watershed event, for the industry would seem to be a material event.
