How about a merger with COOP being absorbed by a private company called WMI or similar and yes, they could leave COOP as a publicly traded sub of the Grandfather WMI.

My guess is COOP stays a publicly traded company and pays WMI for the assets after all these years then the investors who signed timely releases could receive private placement securities from WMI for their ownership when releases were signed in the year 2012.

Whatever the deal is COOP is about to make will be very large and I believe happen on Monday, February 5th, 2024, or before.
