The idea that Merck is investing in production capacity now for a future deal that they may or may not enter in with NWBO in the future to produce DCVAX(L) without actually having entered into a deal with NWBO (which would be material and should have been disclosed) is ludicrous. These kinds of absurd claims (also the NWBO Apple valuation) will only help bears and shorts to ridicule longs as they have done with great success here.
