I agree with you that the odds are improved, but the weird wording that Missling used was lacking a definitive "we have filed", so the 7 month wait after filing continues, so I agree with both of you; Investor wants to wait before giving revised odds and timeline .....yeah, show me the filing!

btw, I pick the Ravens although I do like Kansas City and Mahones.....it's a pick'em
