I’m certain management is well aware of what will happen if they do not deliver in the next shareholder call. There is no indication that they are seeking additional private placement funding with a short cash runway going forward. So, they must be Very Confident of the corporate development they are, or already have finalized.
The quote below is from another confident investor:
