Daily dosage on these otc products?




4 Grams. That's for EPA 500. The closer you get to "fish oil" and the greater the dose you chase to get the 4 grams of EPA, the closer you get to a linguisa pizza/laxative.

I've got generic V and I have supplemented them w/ a single EPA 500 in the past as per Cap'n Suds. With my wifes' death I will be catching up with my ignored broken neck rehab/physical conditioning since I'm no longer on call and can crash and burn for a day so I prolly will add a half a gram to the two icosapent ethyl doses as a deal with the "I can barely move...this must really be doing me some good" aspect of exercise. .
