S-1 filing was 40 days ago! Usually it takes 25 to 30 days for the SEC to comment and respond to the initial filing. If there are discrepancies or questions that need to be addressed, which usually happens, then the company may file an ammended S-1 filing, a S-1A filing to address those questions. Then another month or so, and the S-1 will be made effective. George hasn't updated investors on whether or not the SEC has responded to the initial filing, and he is not required to respond. However, I believe they have responded. If we don't get an S-1A filing in the next 2 or 3 weeks, then the S-1 could be made effective at any time after mid to late February, imo... Looking good $FORW
