If Gov Abbott doesn’t have to follow the Supreme Court ruling on our border, why do women and doctors have to follow any laws he passes down?

This is something that could actually be won in court. The time to be lawless, is when your craven Governor is lawless.
There’s got to be a young attorney willing to take this on.

Do we need a list of which laws we follow in TX? It seems so.
