I can't control what others do. Anyone around this company for any amount of time knows I've been here for 3.5 years, from the beginning with Dan. My group owns a large portion of the OS, verified not stated, and continue to hold because they are committed to the project not just flipping the stock. As far as the bond, Grant Thornton came to us, not the other way around. They are a top firm and are highly confident in their ability to fill this bond. They receive nothing unless they are successful in bringing money in. There were no engagement or upfront fees, only legal costs which were minimal. The Government of West Virginia has already invested 1.25m and granted us a loan guarantee of 15m more (forgivable no less)through traditional banking(Huntington Bank).
