Speaking of dividends, they announced a rise in the dividend. That is the good news. The bad news is that their earnings were not good, imo: https://www.yahoo.com/finance/news/valero-vlo-beats-q4-earnings-161900789.html
I'm thinking it is time for this investor to consider selling the stock. The dividend yield is okay, not spectacular.
