Wrong. The two are different in a number of ways. The preprint and other papers give this info. For example, the initial (pre-lysate) maturation phase of -L is cultured ex vivo for 6 days. For ATL-DC it is 7-10 days. The final maturation step of -L is combined with the tumor lysate for 16 hours. For ATL-DC is 18-24 hours. Looking at the process, UCLA's ATL-DC has individual batches for each dose, while -L has a single batch for all patient doses. The final cells are frozen for -L, not ATL-DC. I could go on and on!
