All else being equal, more liquid assets trade at a premium and illiquid assets trade at a discount.

Since you are saying CRGP is illiquid, I took the above to mean that you were communicating that CRGP was trading at a discount. I have no idea if it's trading at a discount, fair value, or is overpriced. That's the point I was making in my post.
