Seriously you think multi means anything other than > 1. Besides currently it is only 2 phases. Do some research into genotoxicity tests, these are not arduous involved testing requirements. Last summer it was 'a' genotoxicity test. This testing is a curve ball that only came about very very recently and it is not something other brachytherapy have had to do. Someone on the FDA review board is obviously slowing this product down.

We do not have a new radiological product. Yi-90 is very well understood. So is the gel. Its like saying a company that wants to sell a PB&J sandwich has to have it tested extensively because while peanut butter, jelly, and bread is all known to be safe for consumption on their own, who knows what dangers could occur by mixing them.
