Methinks, I think everyone has hopped on to the AI bandwagon because AI has become a great new buzzword. You used to see all these commercials for IBM’s Watson and i haven’t seen one in a long time. Sometimes I think we’re over killing with the AI effectiveness when it’s not real Artificial Intelligence, it’s some human doing sophisticated programming that nobody knows how many software updates it will require in the future. CEOs are almost afraid not to say AI and instead say we are going with a proven technology that is backed by 100+ companies and our government that is already built in!! Is that so hard to say? Mark Benioff in Davos was saying that Salesforce’s AI is going to replace all these service people’s jobs!! REALLY!!! In the future I would just like to call someone up on the phone not have to be rerouted 500 times and input 50 things to identify myself. I would just like a nice human being who knows what they are doing. The companies that do this in the future are going to have flocks of new customers and increase their bottom line exponentially. Not this AI bs replacing workers IMO!! Who wants to talk to a chatbot or or robot?? Not me!!
