Given the dismal candidates the parties have been offering lately, a number of the longs on this board seem to be more qualified, having been responsible for corporations and other organizations that provide experience in people/societal matters, planning, budgeting, executing and carrying out plans and policies, dealing with international issues and people in various positions of power and influence.

Seasoned Governors also have a good set of responsibilities and experience to govern at the federal/national level.

Many longs here have another key attribute that has been lacking in recent representation at the capital, namely integrity!
