I watched Dumb Money last night mostly to see what the movie portrays as Citadel’s involvement.

I did remember Vlad shutting down retail’s ability to trade their GameStop shares after sketchy meetings.

The end of the movie had text that indicated what the different players in the story went on to do.

The sad thing is the text indicated that the SEC, and law enforcement (FBI I believe) didn’t follow through with any charges or penalties for you know which Market Maker. Nothing, nada, bupkus, zilch, get the drift?

That’s what retail is up against. Big money (clean or dirty) buys and/or scares the whole establishment and walks anywhere it wants to, unfortunately.
