I don't think IR fielding a phone call with an investor is anything like an equivalence to chasing shorts through the courts.

I never made a statement about an equivalence. Bas2020 stated that the list of supposed Fudsters was given to AVXL but that he didn't know what actions AVXL might take with the obvious implication that the matter could spread beyond just a phone call. The point of my original post was that my butt is covered no matter what happens with the list so Bas2020 bats zero when it comes to intimidating me. I will continue to call it as I see it--both good and bad.
