"in gross stock sales." Auctus had zero XERI stock sales. Apparently, as an unregistered agent Auctus did nothing illegal in dealings with Xeriant. If Auctus had converted the Note and then sold XERI shares it would then as an unregistered agent be in violation of the SEC requirement to be a registered agent. It didn't. Therefore it wasn't.
