If memory serves me correct, the self appointed CEO stated no reverse split until profitable. So according to the past financials, that could be awhile. But then again, by the way this stock price is sinking fast and very low, she may be rethinking that. Very scary for existing investors to think of how big of a number that reverse split would be, since it is trading, as of this time, at rock bottom.
