Great post! That's how I'm playing it as well. I've had way more than my share of rude-awakening reverse splits during my first 3 years of trading the OTC, so I get it. But this setup appears to be a share structure change only, allowing the company to be positioned to get equity financing that would have minimal dilution effects on the stock.

And it's not like they have unproven assets that are being developed for the streaming market. In fact, quite the contrary - a substantial chunk of their intellectual property is very well proven literary work, just not yet in a video format for streaming. An institutional investor would likely see their IP as a much smaller risk than an unproven new video series. It makes it a reasonable risk from my perspective.

Heck, the IP may be picked up by some streaming company simply because they can't afford to let a competitor have it, just in case it becomes a hot new commodity.
