I think there is/was an ELD, because I don't see a reason why either one of the 2 testing companies that had it, would lie.
That said, I think he misplayed his hand, by expecting to get T/C to accept it the way HE wanted it to be. (As apposed to their way)
I also think, that he realized, much too late, that his time had passed, concerning capturing a significant amount of market share, by getting an early approval.
It's pretty plain to see, that in order for any Toxic Buyer to want to buy these shares, he must be selling shares at a price that includes 4 zeros to the right of the decimal point. Can't see them taking the chance of getting stuck with UN-sellable shares, if they paid .0001 per.
At that rate, it's unimaginable to think that he could come up with enough money to ramp up production, in regards to his reported US launch.
That is, without a R/S to get the price out of the basement.
