NO. There is only ONE way to eat leftover pasta. Mix it with a beaten egg or two, add some cheese, and fry it in a skillet, flipping halfway through. You want it a little brown on top. And the leftover pasta should be pretty al dente to begin with.
But I absolutely do not GET the concept of leftover pasta. It is not difficult to make as much as you need for one meal. If you have extra sauce, that's good. You can put it in the refrigerator or save it for another meal.
