I believe that an institutional investor ( like Armistice ) can make a pre-arranged deal to sell large amounts of stock to another investor at a set price . Armistice could be the one doing just that. I don't know but know one else has that many shares who would sell stock like that as I see it. I believe you might have posted something about that or maybe I just read it somewhere but I believe that to be correct .
