Kinda makes me sad that u do not even understand what u r posting. Deng was buying back shares, years ago, trying to beat HIS toxic funders - by keeping the s/s low in order to have less shares go onto the market. After the last of the debt conversions, the o/s went from 1.4 to 2.2 billion (due to the depressed pps) and it cost Deng a lot in past buybacks.

Maybe now you'll understand why he stopped with the toxic funding and floated the company with money from his own pocket AND IS DOING BUYBACKS. It cost him A LOT

Yep Deng been buying back shares for years no reason to doubt him now in fact he has been buying them back by the billion since 2019.
