No shorting in OTC that I know of. It is diluting the commons that brings the share price down. That can and will happen here after the reverse split.

Buying into a RS and share offerings are the worst plays ever for any retail traders that want to make money in OTC stocks. The odds are hugely against you in doing so. Avoid.

You are right. Reverse splits in OTC never benefit shareholders. Form 10s are not cheap, and this CEO needs to pay himself soon via selling shares.

I'm actually surprised this hasn't hit The FINRA Daily List yet.

It was a good EM to Pink pump, that's it.
