Great response. No doubt a valid and reasonable position. But I speculate that Merck may well be using the reasoning you laid out to obfuscate its true intentions to partner with NWBO. I just can't dismiss the fact of Cognate/CRL, Sawston and now Merck prepping to manufacture vaccines just prior to DCVax-L getting approval for what will be the most sought-after, consequential, GBM cancer drug, potentially, of the last century!
