DAR, let’s clear some things up.
The stock had been in the 20’s for awhile before they shockingly announced a 22.2M share cash grab at $18. GS could have probably done this $2-5 higher but they and AMRN settled on $18 a share for a $400M bump in rainy day cash. It’s kept the company alive. Screw GS
