Sarissa is a HF and know their game. Denner and Sarissa is in 'probably the most high risk area in HF business at all' - trying to reverse undervalued small Bio Companies.

So as I have said before - when some people criticize Sarissa - for using all the tools available - including short - and every form of tax thinking - to maximize their earnings. Denner and his team is obligated to do that - that is his job.

As it likevise is his job 'today and tomorrow' - to use every connection possible to protect Amarin from being delisted - which mean keeping SP above $1 - with whatever legal means possible🙂
