Just an update. I'm waiting to hear back from Health Canada, FDA & EMA regarding their potential implementation of the IRP.

It would not surprise me at all if H Canada says they are looking into a similar plan.

I would expect FDA and EMA to reply with something more like "what the F are you talking about"?

I personally expect everybody other than the big 3 RAs (US, EU, Japan) , China and India to be basically out of the full blown regulatory review game within a few years. Not only the cost, but the time to approval.
