In the long-term you are correct.
However, most OTC traders go crazy when a reverse split is imminent. I'm only speaking from the many bad experiences I've had with RS's on the OTC.
On the other hand, I currently own an OTCQB ticker that has announced a merger with a NASDAQ SPAC and a 1:10 RS. Its current price is around $.30 and its share price has been very stable. If this behavior continues, it will be only the second time in over 15 years of OTC trading that I have held an OTC ticker that successfully navigated an RS and uplist.
XCRT will hopefully be my third successful reverse split ticker. lol
