It appears that they are saying no need for voc with moderate CKD.
Is that likely a cost saving measure?
Seems like they're saying "wait until your kidneys are in severe trouble ;i.e.. ready to go on dialysis before spending the $$$ for voc?

If not, what else could it mean?
