Just some observations

Kspar must be a priest - 5 yrs and 1 post , guess he finished his contract or it’s just starting?

There is one thing that shareholders could do
1. Pay for an article to be published in Wall Street calling out CEO on all the mistakes and promises and demanding answers from BOD
2. Write / start a petition recalling CEO to the BOD
3. Start a campaign on X as well
4. Demand a board seat for Mayo
