It is my belief that some here are missing the point concerning the Authorized share count being properly posted at the much much much lower number . Now we at least know that EGOC did the proper filings during the reverse split and they didn't drop the ball. That to me is a huge plus for EGOC. Had EGOC neglected to follow through with the share structure that they stated publicly in the press release concerning those shares also being included in the reverse split then I would be concerned. So Let's just keep that little fact in perspective shall we? It is a big deal as now the share structure is totally awesome moving forward. No one will argue that point I am reasonably sure !
