yw....red tape and lazy municipal employees, just like the city of Chicago or a town near me similar run by the same, and those cities are crime ridden & corrupt.

Or better yet my former home state of IL that is not much different and NOT business friendly unless you want to open a mary jane operation and or a transition changing business, sorry but that's the truth.
