Thanks. Here's how hard it is to open a new restaurant in Denver (1/11/2023):

I suppose that could explain why Nixon has not been able to open Takiza Taco & Tequila Bar on his original schedule. However, it's good to see he hasn't given up. (It would have been bad if nothing showed up for that search result.)
